“Where do I even begin with LaToya Dunbar? In my two years as a BT/RBT, she’s the only BCBA I’ve seen truly multitask during supervisions and I mean really multitask. She actively engages with the children while simultaneously overseeing the session, often demonstrating a target and adding it to a client’s list before the session even starts. This prevents confusion and ensures things are implemented correctly from the beginning.

She’s someone that staff genuinely feel comfortable turning to whether it’s advice, a confidence boost, or just a moment of calm. 

Bri is always our clients’ biggest cheerleader. She’s never afraid to get a little silly or dress up, all while encouraging them to reach their fullest potential. She inspires me to strive to be better and truly embodies all of ASN’s core values.”

Lyndsay Reynolds: Nomination by Jill Wade, Warrensburg: “Lyndsay is an extremely quiet member of our staff who has a huge presence. She is always willing to jump in and help out, to offer suggestions, and to provide that calm so many of our clients need. Lyndsay is that person who does so much behind the scenes and asks for nothing in response. We love our Lyndsay.”

Michelle displays all core values of ASN. She goes above and beyond daily to make sure the clinic functions as smoothly as it does.
