Callie Ferguson:
Nomination by Marina Moore, Ellisville:
“Callie is the kind of person who lifts everyone around her. She’s often one of the first to check in when someone’s having a hard day, always ready to offer support, encouragement, or simply a listening ear. She’s someone that staff genuinely feel comfortable turning to whether it’s advice, a confidence boost, or just a moment of calm.
Callie is a rock star when it comes to implementing ABA. She juggles her many roles with grace and professionalism and always gives 100%. She’s hardworking, dependable, and someone that others naturally look up to. You will be an amazing BCBA!!!”
Nomination by Madison Baker, Ellisville:
“I am nominating Callie for the Class Act Award. She is currently a practicum student, and I’ve seen her grow so much over the past few months! She truly has the clients’ best interests in mind and is always looking for ways to empower them. She has also been incredibly helpful with assessments, probing new skills, and quickly implementing feedback.”
Nomination by Michelle Lamb, Ellisville:
