He encourages teamwork and collaboration in a way that helps the clinic feel more connected and supportive. Brayden creates an environment where staff feel comfortable asking questions, working together, and continuing to grow, which ultimately benefits the children as well. He is also wonderful with the children, consistently showing patience, understanding, and genuine care in his interactions.

It is easy to go to Brayden with questions because he responds in a way that makes you feel safe and supported when you are feeling confused or need guidance. His feedback feels constructive and genuine, helping staff feel more confident in their roles at ASN. I truly appreciate the steady support and teamwork he brings to the clinic.”

“I would like to nominate our lead, Kira, for a Class Act Award. They bring such a whimsical, energetic, and genuinely bubbly presence into the clinic, and it truly shines through their work with the children. Their energy is contagious in the best way, and they create an environment that feels joyful, safe, and supportive for both clients and staff.

They actively encourage kindness, teamwork, and collaboration throughout the clinic, and they have a way of making everyone feel comfortable and accepted. Kira fosters a culture where people feel valued and able to be themselves, which has personally meant a lot to me. It is incredibly encouraging to experience that level of support and authenticity from someone in a leadership role.

Kira leads with both compassion and professionalism and consistently models the kind of environment we strive to create not only for the children we serve, but for one another as a team as well.
