Ruben is always willing to jump in and help support a peer that may be struggling. Ruben goes out of his way to communicate by sending chats, being interactive during supervision, or by making a quick phone call to collaborate and get clarification on behavior protocols. Ruben makes sessions fun with the clients and is always willing to try new ideas and fun ways to teach and build rapport.”
