“Where do I even begin with LaToya Dunbar? In my two years as a BT/RBT, she’s the only BCBA I’ve seen truly multitask during supervisions and I mean really multitask. She actively engages with the children while simultaneously overseeing the session, often demonstrating a target and adding it to a client’s list before the session even starts. This prevents confusion and ensures things are implemented correctly from the beginning. 

LaToya is precise, thorough, and incredibly dedicated. She’s constantly working to improve the clinic and streamline processes — not just for the kids, but for the RBTs and BTs, too. 

I’m not sure if BCBAs are eligible for this award, but if they are, LaToya Dunbar is more than deserving!”
