“Yoandry is easily the most dependable RBT I have ever worked with! Yoandry is always first in line to take on any challenge, be Olathe’s personal handy man, and work with most of our challenging kiddos. Yoandry is an asset to the Olathe team. Yoandry has also been extremely helpful with translating for family guidance and making families feel supported and empowered through assisting them with communication to and from the BCBAs. He also exhibits novel creativity throughout every session and adapts to the child’s needs and wants, providing a safe and fun engaging environment for each client he works with. Yoandry is always looking to better himself and constantly seeking feedback for the betterment of the clients. We are truly thankful and blessed to have Yoandry be apart of the Olathe team at ASN!”
