We are so proud to recognize Makayla Scott for the care, dedication, and leadership she brings to the Platte City clinic. The way Makayla shows up for clients, families, and teammates reflects ASN’s core values of Kindness, Collaboration, Empowerment, and Accountability in meaningful, everyday ways.
💬Nomination by Remi Robinett, Platte City:
“Makayla is constantly updating programs and taking the time to truly get to know each kiddo, yet she still somehow always makes time to answer questions, listen to concerns, and step in to help whenever she is needed. If something is not working for a client, she immediately works to find a solution. I have also noticed that she has a genuine talent when it comes to handling escalations with the kiddos — she navigates those moments with confidence, patience, and skill.
I really admire how hard she has worked to accomplish so much in such a short amount of time. She is pretty young (only a few years older than me!), yet she has put in tremendous effort to grow into her role and make such a meaningful impact.
I also love how similar she and Shannon are in their leadership styles. They collaborate exceptionally well and work together to ensure that the culture at the clinic remains as positive and amazing as it is. Their partnership truly makes a difference.”
👏 Thank you, Makayla! Your dedication to your clients and your willingness to support your team create a positive ripple effect throughout the clinic. Your hard work, compassion, and leadership continue to make a lasting impact, and we are grateful to have you as part of the ASN community.
