Kristina Donathan
Nomination by Megan McIntyre, Platte City:
“Kristina has such a kind heart and warm smile that greets everyone each day. She not only handles our clients and daily schedule changes with grace, but also works directly with clients herself. She’s always thinking of new, fun activities for the kids and never hesitates to go the extra mile—whether that’s staying late to deep clean the clinic or making sure everything runs smoothly.
Despite juggling text messages, last-minute changes, and employee concerns, Kristi consistently keeps her head high and stays positive. Her cheerful energy, especially her infectious giggle, truly lifts the entire clinic—clients and staff alike. She always puts employees first when asking for shift coverage and finds thoughtful ways to make everyone feel appreciated.
On top of her incredible work ethic, she has a family of her own to care for, yet she never lets that slow her down. Her partnership with Shannon, her BCBA, is inspiring—they work together like sisters, creating a supportive and happy environment for everyone.
Kristi embodies the core values of this company and continues to bring positivity, dedication, and creativity to everything she does. I’m so grateful to work alongside her and excited to see what new ideas she brings to the team."
