Michelle Lamb
Nomination by Jorden Jenn, Ellisville:
“Michelle displays all core values of ASN. She goes above and beyond daily to make sure the clinic functions as smoothly as it does. She has exceeded expectations at making materials, planning RBT reinforcement and events, and training new staff. She is accountable for all of her shifts, lead tasks, and collaborates effectively with BCBAs and other RBTs. She is loved by the clients and makes the clinic overall a happier place. We are SO lucky to have her!”
Nomination by Marina Moore, Ellisville:
“I am so proud to nominate Michelle Lamb for the Class Act Award. She truly embodies all four of ASN’s core values and consistently goes above and beyond. Michelle is one of the most incredible RBTs, trainers, and leaders I’ve had the privilege of working with — Ellisville is lucky to have her.
She’s the first to step up, handles a flexible schedule with grace, and brings calm leadership even in tough situations. Michelle always shows up with solutions and sets a high standard through her clear communication and dedication to staff and clients.
As a lead, she’s built an empowering environment where everyone feels heard, supported, and valued. Her humor and warmth make even the hardest days brighter.
There simply aren’t enough words to express how much she’s appreciated!”
Nomination by Madison Baker, Ellisville:
“I am nominating Michelle because she is part of the backbone of the Ellisville clinic. She is our lead RBT who wears a ton of hats with strength and grace. She helps tackle so many things — from being hands-on with behaviors, helping other RBTs/modeling BIPs/targets, answering all the questions, and rocking it when working direct with clients. She is a great example for everyone at the clinic.”
