Michael Quinn, PhD 
President & CEO

Michael is President & CEO of Autism Support Now (ASN). He was previously the Chief Operating Officer for ASN where he focused on the day-to-day operations of ASN.  As President and CEO, Michael oversees the strategic and financial direction of ASN with a focus on quality of care.  Since becoming CEO, Michael has ushered in unparalleled improvements in every aspect of provision of care at ASN.  He has introduced a three-year strategic plan with a goal of becoming a best in class provider of Applied Behavior Analytics (ABA) therapy.   He has maintained a laser focus on improving the performance of ASN by equipping and supporting ASN teammates who are the direct care-givers.  He recognizes that in order for ASN kids to reach their full potential, each ASN teammate must be supported to achieve their full professional development potential.  That requires training, reward, recognition and creating the best possible environment in which to work, learn and teach.

 

Michael holds a PhD from University College Dublin, Ireland, where he specialized in behavioral Intervention for children with developmental challenges. In his 15+ year career, Michael has held a variety of positions, all serving individuals and families impacted by autism and related developmental disabilities.
