About the Role
Responsibilities:
• Implementing individualized programs and protocols.
• Collecting program data and completing daily progress notes for each child.
• Communicate frequently with parents and BCBAs.
• Work in a clinical, but fun work environment.
• Follow ethical guidelines as stated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Required qualifications:
• High School Education or GED.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to clear a background check.
• Must be able to pass RBT Certification Test after completing training modules.
Preferred qualifications:
• Associates degree or higher in related field
• Previous experience working with individuals with Autism and/or related conditions.
• Degree seeking in related field: ABA, Occupational Therapy Speech or Health Care.
• One year of ABA therapy experience.
• CPR/First Aid certified.
Salary commensurate with experience
• Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

About the Company
Autism Support Now (ASN) is looking for compassionate and energetic candidates to work as behavior technicians supporting children on the autism spectrum disorder.
ASN provides paid training as needed for a variety of Applied Behavioral Analytics (ABA) techniques and gives behavior technicians supervision and feedback via the Board-Certified Behavior Analysts on staff. RBTs will work in a team environment in a fun and interactive workplace, while receiving continuing training in work with children who are on the Autism Spectrum.
